SierraBravo Posted September 7, 2013 Share Posted September 7, 2013 So, I've always been under the impression that the optimal cylinder/form/cell/whatever for the Arsenal tree is the armour-piercing cylinder, yet when I mouseover Terminal Velocity it states that "while high-velocity gas cylinder is active, you vent 8 heat every 6 seconds."
