Annihilism Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Is the upgrade retroactive for existing characters? What I mean is for example, would all my existing characters be mailed the STAP speeder or only new characters created after the upgrade? Thank you

PLynkes Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 What you get is the speeder. The ability to ride it has to be acquired in one of the various available ways you would normally use (e.g. Trainer, Legacy, Cartel Unlock).
