Tor-ren Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 So apparently if a friend has been refered in the past you cannot refer him. even though I am the reason he is going to come back to the game. i will even be paying his 1st month sub. alls we are asking for is the free character transfer that comes with the refer a friend program.... but nope. apparently customer service cannot help me around this issue. if i am bringing a non-subbed for 90days player back to the game. a player i did not refer previously, we should be eligible for the rewards.

Your friend could create a brand new account using your refer a friend notification and you would receive credit. They need an email address not previously used by the way, unless they have changed things. IF.. on the other hand.. your friend is coming back and resubbing an existing account.. yeah.. protip.. that's not a new friend, that's an old friend.
