Rerednaw Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 No way to get to him. Try from north, mountain terrain blocks you. Try from east: exhaustion zone, die. Try from west: exhaustion zone, die. What's the trick?
PLynkes Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) When I did T'Rubba he was in the "Lava Flow Overlook" region. Do the same guys always spawn in the same place? I haven't done enough bounties yet to know or not. I had a devil of a time finding him myself as there were lava and cliffs blocking me at every turn, but eventually found a little bank I could run up at the south western corner of Fort Garnik that got me into the region. If he's in the same place for you, that might help. If not, then hopefully someone else can suggest something. Edited August 16, 2013 by PLynkes
ikinai Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Back behind the base is a kind of path to the lava flow overlook area.
MidichIorian Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) Google how to unlock the entire map of OM and you'll find YT videos on how to get up there. The quick explanation is that you jump up on the rocks next to the building in which the chick who has been bossed around is in (something about her father asking you for help, building right of space port) There's a shady informer standing right next to where you can jump up. Arlon_Nabarlly Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 There's a couple of ways to get there, but this is one of the more annoying place to get to on any map IMO. I have trouble with unlocking that part of the map every time. i can't believe they put something there as part of this event.

Never watched a video on how to do it, and how you descripe it is not the way I normaly take. Anyway, I figured it out a long time ago, because I wanted all my maps complete and do so with every of my characters, so I didn't though much about the placement of that henchman.
Grayseven Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 I can tell you that you can't go via the water, but the way I went involved going to the south side of the "lava pit" and jumping down to an outcropping from the western side that lets you get back via a path. That path is only visible if you are looking from the eastern side of the lava pit, but it is there. Seemed the easiest path.

I have trouble with unlocking that part of the map every time. i can't believe they put something there as part of this event. The easiest way to get to that hard to get area is from Fort Garnik. Head to the South west side, and jump up on a rock and it will lead to a path that is named "Lava Flow Lookout"
TGibson Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 There is a much easier way than tackling the rockfall in SW Ft. Garnik. On the road between the fort and Oradam Village is a robot who sends you to help his "mistress" This is the mission where you have to find a variety of objects for repairs to the building she's near. Sorry, I don't remember her name. If you go to her building, you can either go through it, through the hanging cables, or around on the right side. If you go through the cables, there will be some mobs to the left, and often a large chest. But for the mob you need, go to the edge of the rocks there and go right. You can follow the cliff along a short way until you reach the summoning point. For those who are jump-challenged such as me, this is the way to go.
