story mode and Hard mode

I'm doing an assignment and need to make some in story mode and some in hard mode.

 

i know hard mode. How do I choose the missions in story mode?

when you pick up a flashpoint from terminal you can choose from SM and HM

 

In group finder you also can choose from two blocks - HM flashpoints and story flashpoints
