Tanks or Healers?

Which one is more needed? If you had to choose.

 

I'm talking in general, wz's, ops, flashpoints..

FPs = Tanks.

WZs = Heals (Tanks are not that effective in WZs unless they are skilled players. A skilled tank can be a huge asset, but an average tank just takes up space.)

PuG Ops = Tanks.

Guild Ops = Heals. (Most guilds already have their tanks established, usually they are the leaders of the guild.)
