If you could have any starship, what would it be and why?

If you could have any ship/shuttle/what-ever flys, what would it be and why?

My choice: X-wing....Why? If it truly needs an explanation.....Because the X-Wings are awesome.

Depends, are we talking one-man ships or bigger ships as well?

One-man ships = TIE Defender, I might get a bit cramped but I get to park where ever I darn well please!:jawa_cool:

If bigger ships are included = Wrath an Assertor-class Star Dreadnought. nuff said

Anything that flys. So yes, bigger ships are included.

TIE Defender. Nice choice, might get a little hot, cramped, and I hear they don't have hyperdrive units :p

If it's star wars only here are my ships by class:

Fighter: TIE Avenger, it's more nimble than a TIE Defender and doesn't have a big huge blind spot over the top.

Transport: Skipray Blastboat http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/GAT-12_Skipray_Blastboat

Capital ship: Immobilizer 418 cruiser http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Immobilizer_418_cruiser

Now if we are talking about ships that cold be adapted to Star Wars:

Fighter: Viper MKVII http://en.battlestarwiki.org/wiki/Viper_Mark_VII

Transport: Outlaw Star http://www.freewebs.com/racerxnitro/outlaw16.jpg

Capital: Nova class Battlestar http://battlestarprometheus.wikia.com/wiki/Nova_Class_Battlestar

TIEs that have hyper drives:

TIE Interceptors[well some of them were refit with hyper drives]

Vader's TIE Advanced

TIE Advanced aka AVENGER[my personal fav]

TIE Defender

I see. I was under the impression that all but Vader's TIE contained no hyperdrive units. My mistake.

I never really liked any of the TIEs so I didn't really know much about them:P X-Wings and A-Wings all the way XD

Well many of these fighters are from the game TIE Fighter, or from books in the EU, like the hyper capable Interceptors show up in the X-Wing Series of books.

cant believe no one has said Imperial II-class Star Destroyer, but if we go on fighters alone i would say a YT-2400, had one in galaxy's and a loved it to death, one in real life and i could die happy.:D

I had one too! :D Best part, they are G-canon yay! Endless modifications!

Umm Wolf not to rain on your parade, but just about any YT series ship could be endlessly modified. CeC engineering for you. Making amazing ships begging to be tinkered with.

Did I say only the YT-2400 was endlessly modifiable? :p Nope! Though if I implied it, apologizes.
