Kheld Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 I did "The Gauntlet" (I think that's right?) mission a while back, and for a few glorious minutes I could see my team in all its glory. On the initial boarding sessions, ALL my companions were there, in the gear that I crafted for them, taking names & kicking ***. What a wonderful, glorious moment. If only you could do that for Flashpoints / HM 4's. Sadly it was all over too soon, but for a few minutes, my TEAM team laid down the law! More missions like this, pretty please?

I loved that mission so much on my Commando. I'd definitely like to see more in that vein as it's one of the few times you ever really get to feel like a leader, as opposed to a grunt with an officer's rank. Also love the suggestion for having your team in the background at character select. < ._.>b
Lachryphage Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 As much as I hate to say anything positive about WoW, it was cool how you could see your hunter's pet on the character select screen. I wish they did something similar with companions.

Makes me wish I could go back and redo just that to see the entire team or there were more moments like it. Also, the idea of having the entire crew in character login would be a nice addition.

When you log into your account and scroll through your toons, their away team that you last set is on the screen: You in the middle, 2 teamates kneeling next to you with phaser rifles, 2 teamates behind you using scanners and above your head is your current starship.

Very similar to the new login screen for Star Trek Online. My first thought when I saw it was "man I wish SWTOR had this"
