Nellsterzzz
I was wondering if there are any PvE guilds that have a spot open on their ops team. I don't care for size of guild, an average of 20 members is usually what most guilds have. Because I am spending money to transfer to your server (I'm currently on Jedi Covenant), I would like some assurance that the guild is making progress or has the potential with current operations. If your willing to take me in I'd be happy to transfer to your server. I actually only used my sentinel up to this point as a PvP character, and I would do my operations on Imperial side. Again, if you're willing to take me, please send me a message through the forums or reply here.
KeyboardNinja
<Aisthesis> is always recruiting, and we do have a particular interest in DPS at this point. We're in the process of putting together our second NiM TfB group, with a third group clearing both HMs weekly. We've literally cleared both HMs with fourth-tier alts at this point. Our primary NiM TfB group is still pushing the Dread Guard, but nearly has it down (16% on Kel'sara!). I won't make any promises, but we are *very* inclusive about raid participation. We generally don't have set rosters in terms of an "A Team" or a "B Team", though HM participation is assigned based on interest, competency, schedule and composition (i.e. not just sign up based). People rotate through, and I've seen even brand new guild members pushing content with long-time veterans within days. One of our current NiM TfB DPS has only been in the guild for two weeks. It all depends on interest, competency, schedule and composition (as I said). What I *can* say is that we're a great guild, and very competitive for the top progression spot on the server (/e grits teeth at <Underworld Alliance>). You also would not be the first to transfer from Jedi Covenant to join us. :-) If you would like, you can feel free to drop in our Mumble to chat. We raid often, and it's hard to discuss during those hours, but we're usually around afterward. You can PM me here or send a message to any of my alts in-game for the information. And for the record, Aisthesis has 48 "active" accounts, according to the guild reputation tooltip, spanning about 130-odd characters. Average online count at prime time is in the 20s. Average week night online count is in the low teens. The most I've seen on at any one point in time was 43. It's very common for some members to be running a random raid (sometimes a "pickup" HM) concurrent with a scheduled raid in which other members are participating.
