Prepaid Cartel Coin Cards

So I found some of these online at best buy's site the other day, I considered a buying a couple them but I don't know what to do with them to get the coins? Is there a particular way to claim them? I'm sure this as been asked a million times, just didn't want to spend a ton of money and have no clue how to get CCs.

If the digital download for them is working, brilliant, but they have had issues with them in the past. But, it would work the same as the in-store purchase. You will get a code emailed to you which you enter into this site by accessing your account. Then you will be granted the CC's to your account in game.
