Gondolindhrim Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 (edited) For PvE, check out Nibbon's Guide, and I would suggest 2/28/16 for PvE rather than 0/30/16. I suspect you may be talking about PvP however, in which case you can ignore Accuracy and add more Surge and some Alacrity instead. Edited May 7, 2013 by Gondolindhrim
