What currently is the best rating to have (in arkanien gear) that I want to shoot for for crit rating, surge rating, and alacrity rating taking into account the new stat dr's. Cobblars Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Well I've not found stacking alacrity has helped much, what comes with my gear as a standard seems enough to get 1 sec reduction off of my c/d's, and no matter how much I stack after that I don't seem to be able to get any more time off. I'm sitting at about 5-6% now for alacrity. I'm going for crit/surge and power as my main stats. 30% crit is what seems to be the perfect number to go for from my own experience and those of others. Overall thought I'm finding power to be the most beneficial, but whether you shoudl be gearing for that I'm not 100% sure, or would it be better to go for Aim instead?
