funsam Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 can get from the hard mode flashpoints sure it was the level55 that had them. then you need to be a artifice for Hilts/enhancements, Cyber for mod/armoring, strip & RE them. or like previous person said, I think it's the elite comm gear, that as the rank69(30's) so buy gear & strip. Good Luck I've never seen them drop any weapons in the him flashpoints. you sure?

The poster I quoted just mention seeing them in hm flashpoints, or at least I though he did. I just wanted to confirm since I run them a lot and have never seen one.
