Mindkast Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 There are three types of additional damage and I do not know what to get. Do I get the elemental tech, energy tech, or kinetic force? I as arsenal spec I use Kinetic damage but the relic says kinetic Force? Any difference? I also been told by other mercs that to get energy tech damage. I thought only IAs use tech damage. I don't have any hard numbers to back this up, but I would go with the Energy Tech one. I think its called Cerulean Nova. Also, skip the Partisan one if possible.
