Daemonson Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 Thank you BW, Arsenal may not be on the top of the food chain, but it is fun again in pvp. The burst is INSANE, at 55 I can burst a person down in 5 GCD's if I am lucky on my crits. Mobility is also better due to the tracer changes and the power surge changes now too. Jayshames Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 I only have a 25 Merc and a 23 Commando so I can't speak for the higher levels, but playing it in the T1 bracket is pretty enjoyable. Grav round and HIB are hitting really nice now and the Kolto Bomb being a universal ability for all trees is great. May not be the best heals, but for moving between points it's a great little heal on the move. The change to make armour debuff fully applied by 1 cast is great aswell.
