Skylarc Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 I don't use Plasma Cell right now in PvP in favor of Armor Piercing Cell. Between Incendiary Round and the auto-applying Plasma Cell DoT from speccing into Explosive Round, I have never had to worry about reapplying via Hammer Shot. The increased armor pen from the cell has my HiB's hitting to 8-9k. Yes I lose a slow from Hammer Shot and Plasma Cell, but with the new ammo system and increased DPS of the spec, it makes no difference. This will be an amazing spec for support DPS at 55.
