It says we can purchase a permanent cool down reduction. Currently a preferred status or free to play characters quick travel time has a cool down of 2 hours. The chart shows that you can purchase a cool down unlock that reduces that timer. I find it incongruous that I can purchase a cool down timer on my legacy to reduce the cool down to travel to my personal starship to an hour but I still have a 2 hour cool down on planetary quick travel. Please rectify this and actually make it available... maybe it is there and done but no one actually put it in the store?
