What customer suport?3 days ago, was trying to get HK on my new 50... went to Jedi Temple to dig the head, but it didn't show up in inventory - was sent by mail which said that "there were problems with granting stuff, so they send me the HK's head. The problem is, that the head can't be taken from the mail. I put a ticket, and was hoping that it will be somehow resolved fast. It's 3 days, and I haven't got even a droid response that "it's known bug, go to hell, you won't get HK anytime soon" - it's just still open. And really, I'd understand that it's a bug, and they are wroking on it. But, lack of any communication (same with ship blasters bug) is just slowly getting irritating. Even Funcom or Cryptic had better customer suport (and that says much).
