So, I have a question about the new Digital Expansion Rise of the Hutt Cartel. Will you have to pay for the Digital Expansion to access it or is it an option to pay if you want the Exclusive Rewards and the Early Access?

I'm pretty sure you will not have any access to the new planet Makeb, your character will be unable to go past level 50, and you will not be able to access any of the other level 51+ content (operations, flashpoints, etc.) if you do not purchase RotHC.
