1: Make hidden strike an auto-crit ability for concelament operatives (passive effect that's automatically given once you take acid blade or something.)

 

2: Make backstab auto-crit CCed targets

Oh, that's old news. Honestly, other classes were nerfed more, because very few of our moves are reliant on 30% surge bonus (only BS, HS, AB, and Sever tendon lmfao). Also, the flat 16% is comparatively more now that overall crit has decreased.

Concealment isn't reliant on surge? We're a burst damage class, that's interesting news.

 

And you'll never see Ops given auto crit on HS and BS. HS was initially auto crit when the game released and it was taken out. What makes you think BW is going to give us auto crit capability, especially on THOSE moves?

I was off when I said surge; we're not as reliant on crit rating as other classes are. Let me elaborate.

 

Every class' DR for crit rating is the same, it'll be natural to stack a certain amount. However, additive bonuses work completely different from the DR. Let's say that, right now on live, you have 30% crit. 1% from the lethality talent gives you about 3% MORE crit than what you already have. More additive bonuses (such as all three points in lethality) give you 3% in total, which is 10% more crit. Out of the small number of moves that give us 30% surge, two of them get 16% crit chance, which is an insane 50% bonus.... all this at live.

 

In 2.0, the passive 30% is being lowered, let's just say for intents and purposes to 20%. So, that 3% is now 14% of our total crit instead of just 10%. That 1% crit chance is 5% of our total chance now. That 16% chance? That's 80% of our crit. Remember: Our additive bonuses are completely off the DR, and are not being affected at all. We will still be critting more than other classes (save smashies. Noone plays tactics over pyro. If they do, feel free to laugh at me). Now that I've proven that operatives are getting, comparitively, more crit (way more crit), especially on the moves on which matter, specific numbers on how much of our rotation for burst is dependent on HS and BS would be nice.

 

TL;DR The crit bonuses we get are now better.

Well what I see problem in is the fact that even though i have like 34-35% crit chacnce, 75% surge, and still roughly 400 power, even if I crit on someone and lets say it does 5-6k damage.... health pool is ALOT greater now...

i cannot burst down people like i used to be able to before 2.0.. :-/
