Zorash
The person who is guarded can remove guard if he/she wants to. Can't help you with the other question.

That includes rocket boots. I suspect that is what's happening. For assassin tanks, the dreadgurad relic of ephemeral healing and the dreadguard relic of shield absorption. The healing relic is BIS. I think there is a PvP relic that is supposed to be somewhat better than the shield absorption one but I can't recall it's name.
Mrkach
so that healing relic is useful for sins?

Grumpftard
For PvP, I can not help you. The only thing I know about PvP is that it's spelled with at least 2 P's For PvE, however... Currently on live Ephemeral Mending healing relic is the dog's bullocks! The second relic is mostly up to the individual and their playstyle. I believe it's pretty split. No scientific data to support this, but from just what a lot of people post, it looks like the balance is prolly about 40ish% use the PvP defense about 30ish% use the Shield/Absorb proc about 30ish% use the S/A on-use relic A lot of it has to do with personal preferrence. I personally use the healing and the PvP defense. As of 2.0, since Defense won't be used by Sin tanks and the PvP relics were kinda gimped, it looks like it will pretty much boil down to choosing between the 2 absorb relics and then you just gotta decide whether you like to save it as a soft CD or just be lazy (like me) and let the proc do it's thing. Well it seems the Devs have addressed the defense issue. So now its back open on relic choices. If I remember correctly there is a stacking defense proc relic. Curious to see how that will work out now that defense * appears* to be fixed.
