Razdek
So I took about a year off and have just returned. I have to say, not much has changed. The game is still fairly laggy in parts especially fleet which is almost unplayable at times which is a pain. But I have to say I am having fun again. I have enjoyed the extra character slots and are starting a whole bunch of alts just to fill out my legacy tree and make a backstory for each toon. F2p isnt too ba either as that happened while i was gone. I dont mind spending cash on features jus so long as im having fun. Either way thats all personal opinion an my first impressions on returning. Good to see the community is still fairly alive. I am really looking forward to getting my hk companion but have no idea how to go about this. Can anyone give me some pointers?
Vandicus
Should be a questgiver on fleet somewhere. You don't actually have to go through him first though, you can just head to section X and pick up the quest there.
Excise
On the fleet station there will be a quest from a guy who directs you to Section X on Belsavis. For Imperial side IIRC he was hanging out by the Advanced Trainer quest guys (right by the shuttles from Hutta and Korriban), but I could be remembering incorrectly. annabethchase
The game isn't laggy in the slightest for most players. Check out your setup and see if something is causing it.

JediCahlwyn
Well not to stir the pot but from day one (truth be told three months of closed beta as well) I have never had any lag on the Fleet or elsewhere in game. Maybe ONCE or twice during a major storm where my internet was spotty, but 99% of the time zero lag/latency/fps issues. I understand some people experience this but it isn't all on the game, it is ISP, the internet, and computer hardware/software issues that cause the majority of the problems.
