Jeweledleah
currently, not possible as mouseover healing hasn't been implemented yet. question though. are you clicking actual physical person in a field? or are you clicking their portrait? because you should be clicking their portrait. for me what made it generally nicer was switching to operations frames for all group content, not just operations. KariTalRathe
In normal parties I use F1-F4 (F1 always targets self, in FPs F2 is normally tank, but best to check which party member has been assigned which key before the fighting begins). I have moved my ops frame to the right of the screen where my cursor would be naturally. The ops leader will either group healers and tanks together or give lieutenant rights so the healer can sort the group for priority targets...you can also resize health bars and show the amount of health as a number and percentage. The UI in SW:TOR is probably one of the worst I have ever used and party healing really brings that to the fore. I am not saying that to provoke a reaction, just letting you know all healers have issues with the interface, the problem isn't on your end

AlexDougherty
At the top of the healing tree is an ability which heals the eight nearest characters, this probably the only way to do it, and by the time you get there probably not as much use as you might imagine.
