Grondlorre Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Kashyyyk: home of the wookies. such as cewbacca.Mon Calamari: home of the calamaris. such as meena tills or admiral ackbar.Naboo: home of the gungan. such as jar jar binks.Endor: home of the ewoks (the little teddy bears).Yavin 4: the ancient sith temples.Ryloth: home of the twi'leks. such as aayla secura.Dagobah: where yoda went after the fall of the republic.Geonosis: home of the geonisians.and a level cap of level 65.and some new gear.
SebastionMaugris Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 That took a sharp turn at the end so I'm not sure how serious this was meant, but most of these planets have no business being in SWTOR. I never figured out why it's such a cardinal sin for a Star Wars game not to include Tatooine and Hoth when the reason the characters are on them in the original trilogy in the first place is because they're supposedly remote and obscure. I'm actually looking forward to seeing what they do with Makeb; adding something like Dagobah would feel like setting an Assassin's Creed game in colonial Miami.
JacksonMo Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 (edited) Naboo: home of the gungan. such as jar jar binks. If they add Naboo, I'm rolling a Sith and when I hit 50 I'm taking over the Empire to building a Deathstar. Doing this will completely foul up the story time line and create a fatal time/space paradox obliterating the entire Star Wars galaxy. Naboo is central to the movie series, without which, there could be no SWTOR. So if I blow up Naboo in the SWTOR era, the entire story line falls in upon itself. So for the sake of the entire galaxy, Naboo MUST remain off the grid and lost in obscurity for a thousand years! Edit: Just kidding. If they add Naboo, they really need to add some sort of swimming mechanic to the game. Ever notice ALL water in SWTOR is only waist deep? Edited December 30, 2012 by JacksonMo
theforceofmatt Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 I do love the fact that you decided there was a need to explain to everyone who the Ewoks were.

If they add Naboo, all the gungans need to be attack-able, even the ones that are friendly to us. I hate them SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!! I want to kill them ALL!

I want to kill them ALL! Really like your sig! "On a side note, when I tank, there is nothing more irritating than a healer who takes agro and runs like a scared little girl. Stand there and heal so I can AOE them off you, dummy! " And from the healer's perspective "Don't blame the healer for a wipe, if you don't agro anything but the elite!"
Flintfire Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 I think some of the planets from Kotor they should have. And as a space mission it would be cool to fly through the asteroid mess that is Malachor V.
Adric_the_Red Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 How does this help new players? Some helpul veteran player gets to tell new players to post stuff like this in the "Suggestion Box" (subforum of the General discussion forum), that's how....
