Yet I got kicked right before the end because the tank didn't like my healing. Hey, there are 2 others on the team that needed it too. But I kept everyone alive all the time. I could understand if they were dying left and right because I wasn't healing at all and trying to DPS it. Just go back in with a new and BETTER group. The losers that kicked you saved you from their lack of knowing how to play the game.
hchsiao Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 (edited) I was in even messy situation. ... It was directive 7 heroic. The Guardian Tank and Gunslinger dps got into heated agreement. (Tank ask why dps' hp are so low and Tank say pvp recruit gear is better than tionese gear while Gunslinger dps disagree.) Few fulls later a vote kick tank message show up and vote didn't pass. Turn out it is the gunslinger dps start the vote and guardian tank asked why he wanted to vote kick him. Before the gunslinger rage quit, he said the guardian tank should learn how to "heal" better. And no, there was no agreement upfront that we had to kill him or anything. Just the idea of a light sided Sith Trueblood Marauder was somehow offensive to them..

Sparing him *is* the superior tactical choice. Those people were idiots, and personify weakness-through-stupidity in the empire.

I agree, but even I know of people who get vote kicked because they chose the LS option.. as they prefer to always go the DS path because to them its quicker to do and a lot shorter, personally ive timed myself going both ways and yes theres more of a mini boss mob the LS way but still within the same frame time.. of which the mini bosses can be skipped LS way (unless they modded it) tbf the ONLY time ive ever brought up a vote kick is when players are needing on everything yet saying nothing in the chat

Reppical Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Original Poster, I'm sorry you had to deal with idiots. Unfortunately, the world, not just this game is full of them. I was once kicked because I refused to use my battle rez (i'm a healer) on the tank while fighting trash. I smiled and said, whelp I wish the next healer luck, a tank with 18k health isn't easy-mode, it was extra funny that my healer had 21k health, more than the tank or anyone else in the group. It happens, hell, I see the most stupidity in PvP. There is nothing you can do, I used to waste my time/breathe and type back, in fact I once tried to explain to an idiot how this particular PvP battleground worked, but alas, didn't work. Imagine this, if SWTOR had an IQ test restricting "dumb" players from playing the game, imagine how deserted many servers would be. Again I am sorry this happened to you, just brush it off, keep on swimming! Good Luck!
