mykaels Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 What would be easier to play of the three tier trees in ya'lls opinion? Easier as in less complicated open/rotations/combinations/if-situations? Ex: madness for inquisitor is basically a button1, button 2, button 3, button 4 three times, repeat Whereas lightening is button 1, button 2, button 3 unless <x> then button = but watch for <y> cause then you need to hit button - but always go back to button three to make sure you hit it three times to get the proc... You get the jist.
roySWTOR Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Personally I use Combat a lot, because Focus tends to be too boring
BogyOne Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Focus with initial talents in Watchman and Combat to increase Centering and Zen frequency.
Voxx_Voltaare Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 I have a Rage Mara and just started a Sentinel and plan to go Focus. I just love the play style, but I have played the other two as well. Anni/Watchman isn't too difficult but since the health nerf, it's not quite as viable as it once was. For me, Carnage/Combat was the trickiest to play but very rewarding once you master it. It takes more management/timing of cooldowns. Reading the battlefield and opponent is important because it can be easy to get shutdown in your "rotation.", but that kinda a general thing too. Rage/Focus was pretty easy for me, but it did take a while to get into the rhythm of it. Once you do you are a beast. Really it all comes down to personal preference and I recommend spending at least a couple weeks playing each one to find which you like better. The great thing about Mara/Sentinel is that all three trees are viable.
