Greetings all.

If you have an armour piece that you reallllllly like, is there anyway of using that as a kind of blue print, so that you keep that appearance permanently? If you have played LotRO you'll probably have an idea of what I mean.

Unfortunately not. The people in charge of things like this are still stuck in the 80's, which is why we all look like we were cloned on Kamino, and the gear all looks like it was taken right out of Zelda.

Sadly, things like character customization, armor dyes, and an appearance tab are all likely beyond hope.

*Sigh* well that's a shame. In that case, does anyone know if there is an 'orange' Sith Marauder type medium armour that has a cloak? (preferably red) :)

You're looking for more appareance options? Me too. Join me in my compilation thread about many armor sets advertised for player characters that didn't make into the game. While it's not a dying mechanic, it's always something... Afaik there is a red robe with black accents and I think it's Xenotech weaponmaster's. Can't be sure. Edited by Alec_Fortescue

I shall happily join you in your crusade. I think character customisation is just as important as gaining levels in an MMO - both, to me at least, represent the evolution of a character.
