Question about the Jedi Knight story (Spoilers).

Greetings.

Since i realize the Jedi Knight story has two possible conclusions, depending on alignment. Dark side ending would be Satele not (officially) granting you the title of Master and the Light side ending would be the real, more "traditional" good guy ending.

So my question is this; If i was full light-side in my decisions up to the Emperor fight and i suddenly had a change of heart and decided to "Kill" the emperor, would that at all ruin my entire ending?

I'm unaware of how the ending is determined. Does the game take into account only your basic alignment and not specific choices?

Interesting question, for which I have no answer, but look forward to others. My jedi was sort of grey. He took mostly LS decisions, but also did a certain amount of revenge killing, married his girlfriend and had no qualms about killing the emperor. He ended up with about 1200 ds points and was still granted the title of master, so I'd guess that if there're two endings, you nave to do more than just kill the emperor to get the second one. Well yeah, i refer to it as two endings because the only thing that's different is Satele finally saying she's been noticing your dark actions.

But, i've watched some videos of grey/light jedi killing the Emperor and (Officially) getting the Master title. So that just answered my question.

Thanks, either way. For anyone else with the same question, here's the video;
