Dear, SWTOR

 

I have been playing for a long time and I gathered some cons.

 

1. Lightsaber Crystals are limited to low level players. At least make the light blue and purple crystals available.

2.In SWG there were much more species and classes you should add.

3. Ships in SWTOR have only three uses (holocom, cargo hold and galaxy map.) You should add things like practice dummies, modification centers, Galactic Market or other stuff.

4. Companions should have a command option like we command them to dance, meditate and other stuff.

5. Space combat should be better like we should be in control of the ship it will change but there should be skills for ships and stuff. I have a defender and a lower level that has no use to me whatsoever so you could. Do something like change it to a hangar that holds a starship that we have to use in space combat.

5. Why not add something to a persons quarters like when he sleeps on a bed he sees visions were players can play major moments from the movies like a vision of the battle of Endor where the player can explore Endor and take as himself and complete missions for Han Solo or Princess Leia. You could also make the players play as characters such as Han Solo or Obi-Wan Kenobi with their companions. Ex: Anakin Skywalker with R2-D2 as a companion or Han Solo with Chewbacca as a companion. Each character should have different skills, but can share some skills like since Anakin Skywalker should share skills with Obi-Wan since Obi-Wan is Anakin's Master. And there should be rewards for these events like if there is a Darth Maul event you can earn Qui-Gon Jinns Lightsaber. You can make rewards depending on the class for example Troopers and Smugglers are not tuned in with the force so you could add like a machine to make them see the future like a time machine. Rewards should be chosen depending on the Advanced Class.

While leveling you change gear so fast sometimes that it is not even worth worrying about color schemes. At the level cap it matters. Further, the less common colors are that way to be special. Making them more common would only diminish their attractiveness.

2.In SWG there were much more species and classes you should add.

 

This is what expansions are for. I honestly do not know - how many species and classes were there when SWG was released? Now remember that in SWTOR it is the advanced class that is the "real" class so there are 16 classes to play in SWTOR. As for species, there are currently nine playable and a tenth has been announced.

Have you looked in the legacy perks recently? the only thing you cannot get is a modification station for your ship.

Again look at legacy perks.

I agree that space combat is a little lacking, but not everyone wants a space simulator in an MMO. BioWare went with the lowest common denominator - space combat that ANYONE can do easily.

HUH? You do realize that SWTOR takes place three thousand years before any of that right? I know that force-users can sometimes see into the future, but not THAT far. Sorry.

I don't have a Legacy so I don't have any idea what Legacy Perks are. I know it's based a long time ago but in the game Jedi characters are really strong in the force so they could get a vision that far. And if they can't a time machine could be made or maybe it could be an extra story the player gets frozen in carbonite that stops him from aging (like Captain America from Marvel Comics) and they wake up in the future as a Jedi and flees during Order 66 and the story of Star Wars changes according to the character's appearance and it might turn out to be a dream like those movies where the character goes through a lot and then finds out it's a dream. And in this case it might not be considered as a vision since the events are not real. Just guessing here the only visions I saw were Anakin's in Episode 3. No offense but you have to admit it is a good idea. Plus, the rewards from the movie thing is pretty cool. I'm just playing for the experience of making a star wars character and exploring the galaxy. I am only 11 years old so I'm just in for the fun. Edited by GrandMasterSmart
