Update 1.4: Please Include Custom Off-Hand Schems!

With the inclusion of customizable Shields/ Power Generators/ Foci/ Vibroknives/ Shotguns [Artifice] and [Armstech] Crew Skills should have schematics to craft customizable off hands. It would be handled in the same way Crew Skills got the customizable Main Hands in the previous update, through Investigation and Treasure Hunting. Please and thank you
