Spoletta Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 It works wonders believe me, it's all the reason why marauders never get to kill my scoundrel. The real problem are assassin and pyros. Assassins cause you can't cleanse a force effect, and pyros cause they reapply it too fast. Maybe that now that it is only 30% things will get better.

Field aid is fantastic, I have it bound to my middle mouse button and I used it a LOT. It removes 2 physical effects, which when you're fighting in a team means you have a pretty small chance of cleansing enough to enable your movement. It is much more effective against dots or cleaning off extraneous effects. I'll say this - I've eaten a full ravage tonight (post 1.4) whilst cleansing after the first tick of ravage on MULTIPLE occasions. It is less of an issue with juggs as they are a bit less front loaded, tend to have cc immunity after their leap so there is no point in burning concussion early. But vs marauders? The good ones? This change is *terrible*. What class do you play Spoletta? Edit: Uh.. please tell me you at least HAVE a lvl 50 commando or merc, and aren't telling people to l2p a class you have no idea about.
