MorgothPl
Please, bring back from Beta the chance to say "final no" to some of the companions. Especially the most discussed one from Sith Warrior story. Malavai Quinn, after he betrays you I'd be willing to pay even full original price of the game for that option. Please, Bioware, stop treating your customers like children who can't live with consequences. I was on the verge of unsubbing when I couldn't kill that companion, and that's what any Sith Lord would do in that situation.
Oyranos
I agree with that, and they must give us hirelings with dynamic quests.. to choose from. I tested the dialogue options today with my trooper and eleana dorne or something, the healer. I picked up the line " I dont trust her" because she was an imp, but even If I selected the final dialogue line " NO WAY" the Generale old lady said " its my decision", unfortunately I didnt have the line " You come and play then, you old b#$h" . So obviously, we dont take actual decisions in the game... we just see more negative dialogues, nothing more. Eleana dorne though is the most normal companion in my companion list .. I dont like tha panther Aric Jorgan AT ALL... I wouldn’t agree more, but with the option to get hirelings and some dynamic quests and dialogues... Majspuffen
Same, actually. Would have been nice if we could buy astromech droids or something to fill the empty spots of dead companions, for crafting and combat. There are so many companions I would have loved to kill or decline to bring along on my journey, the one you mentioned being one of them. Not because I don't like him but because it fits better with how I played the story. Edited September 25, 2012 by Majspuffen

Then there would be no consequences to the choices you make, so you'd be right back to where we are now only with a replacement.
BenjaminminU
I fully and completely agree, the sith warrior situation could be easily resolved by adding a replacement soldier from the imperial military, i mean it can't be hard at all to program, just give him the same skillset as the killed companion, have one of the bioware guys with a british accent record the lines "yes my lord" "for the empire" "i'll have it done soon my lord" "i hope you approve of this my lord" "i have failed you my lord, i shall redouble my efforts on my next attempt" "maximum firepower initiated" "applying kolto" "target neutralised" As for other classes: Skadge: no need to replace, HK-51 is coming this year Kaliyo: again, HK-51 is coming and we have another Tank Other classes: Like my previous suggestion of adding a replacement. Izorii
I honestly cant see why they couldn't have allowed killing as an option and given the player a replacement, I can only think of 3 compaions that actually betray you across 5 story arcs so it would not mean a huge amount of work. If they put in the story that the compaion betrays you let us kill him and take us down a seperate arc to get a replacement. Even it its just a droid who has no personality and just fills in its better than giving us options all of which say "I am an evil evil man who has killed thousands but I forgive you." Master-Nala
Even playing a light side Sith Warrior I thought that particular issue was ridiculous. Why they made him the healer companion is even more maddening. Vette or Jaesa would have been so much better.
Wolfninjajedi
I just posted as to why, even if you kill them what would it matter? You don't lose anything, the point of killing your companions was if you killed them then you have no healer companion, or tank, or dps companion EVER again. Consequences for your actions, once more you kill one of them and just go get a replacement what was the point in killing said companion? Ya ya, Quinn betrayed you boo hoo I was upset too but I didn't wanna lose my only healing companion. You kill your companion, you'd have to deal with it, no replacements, no nothing...but then people QQ'd about it all how they wanted to see what would happen and they shot themselves in the foot on that when they knew it was permanent. Replacing the dead companions= 1. No point in the consequence that you chose. 2. Your right back to where it is now, only difference is that you got a drone instead of an actual companion. I'd rather have it to where it is now, then people QQing endlessly how they killed the certain companion when they just wanted to see what would happen. Don't forget people would endlessly complain about not getting the +10 presence bonus because they killed them and now they can't talk to them anymore to finish their storylines. Zeruhn
Please don't kill him. That would suck. It doesn't matter who betrays you. If you kill your companion you're out some presence points and someone that could add to your play in some way. A Sith actually allowing themselves to become angry at a failed attempt doesn't make sense to me, for the Warrior anyway. O,o That's going to upset you?
