An Optional setting to Turn On Cut-Scene Armor Textures Please.

i really want an option for textures seen in the cut-scenes

 

and no not the ini settings because they dont do that much for armor textures, no where near the quality we see in the scenes.

 

it is optional so what are they loosing ?

there are plenty of people who can handle those kinds of settings why it is only enabled in the cut-scenes is a mystery.

 

and please vote or voice this option to be put in.
