[SPOILERS] Final fate of... you know his name!

EDIT: I just watched The Foundary encounter from the last beta build and I got some decent news for you - Revan no longer dies, he just vanishes. Or maybe teleports? He either becomes one with the force or... something else? Maybe he survives? Follow up in expansion/content patch? Well, I guess we have to wait and see.

People who are so certain that he is dead - sorry to say this but you have no imagination. :p It is naive to think that he will not reappear in the game at all at some point. He is the ultimate ******, everyone who played KotOR just loves this guy - after all we played him!

Some canon quotes to give you some insight:

Teleportation was a rare force ability that enabled the user to move from place to place almost instantaneously. An'ya Kuro possessed this power as well as the entity Abeloth.[source?] Darth Phobos may have also possessed this ability.[source?] Some of Palpatine's Force Adepts who guarded his museum and vaults also had this ability.

Fold space was a Force power that allowed a Force-user to bend space to instantly transport an object between places.[4] This form of teleportation was used by the Aing-Tii, a mysterious species living on a planet in the Kathol Rift. This technique allowed the wielder to use the Force to teleport any object from one place to another.[2]

In 43.5 ABY, when Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker and his son, Jedi Knight Ben Skywalker, visited the Aing-Tii homeworld, Luke was taught the technique by Tadar'Ro.[2] Abeloth utilized this ability while battling an allied force of Sith and Jedi in 44 ABY.[3]

The Force-Teleport was a Force ability that could only be used with a minimum Midi-chlorian count of 90,000. It was used by warping realspace dimensions, containing a bubble of a sustaining environment (heat; air), and entering hyperspace with the Force. Instantaneous travel across the Galaxy could be achieved with this ability and a high level of Midi-chlorians and skill. A sound resembling a high-pitched thunder and blue sparks generally emit from the object being teleported when the Force ability is used on it. There are only a few known practitioners of this ability.

Many people are not happy with the way he dies. I am one of those people, it's strange that BioWare kept Revan alive for three centuries just so that he can get killed in a flashpoint. I get it, BioWare wanted to make our characters feel really heroic. What better way to do that than to let us kill the Revan himself - the guy who we all held so dear to our hearts, that we played in KotOR as our avatar and who seems OP to us all. After all we slaughtered hundreds of sith by ourselfs and saved the galaxy.

The four heroes who kill Revan are the finest of the Empire: Sith Warrior is the Emperor's Wrath (finest swordsman in the whole Empire), Sith Inqusitor is member of the Dark Council, Bounty Hunter is a future Mandalore and winner of the Great Hunt and finally Imperial Agent is like the best agent of the whole imperial intelligence.

Still, I dont like they way they ended Revan's tale in SW:TOR. I can only hope he somehow survived and that he will reappear later on in the game. Good thing that they put him in, great feature for all KotOR fans and fanboys like me.

I was thinking recently a lot about the way Revan's story is handled in TOR. And something came to my mind.

Some of you probably know that as a Jedi Knight we get to kill the Emperor on our final quest in the last story act.

Why not let Revan help us in the fight?

It's strange that lone Jedi Knight (not even a master!) can kill the one millenia old Emperor that Revan and the Exile both failed to defeat.

But it would make sense to defeat him if Revan helped us. And if he died during fight, saving our life it would be very fitting end for him. I would be more than satisfied with such an end for Revan, if BioWare wants to kill him off and move on with his story.

And thus we have two problems solved - fans that are angry about the way Revan dies are now happy because he was given a fitting end and people that complained about JK killing the Emperor alone are also satisfied because it seems more likely that we managed to kill him with aid of "the heart of the force".

What do you guys think?

You are silly to believe that emperor was killed in JK story quest. You killed one of his body, but it is not yet over. Play Sith Warr story and ull know that silly JK did not kill emperor

Um... Is there a way to know which is true?... Maybe the JK part came after the SW ending?
