RiChess Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 My current rotation looks like this: AB > HS > BS > Shiv > Stim boost if not up > Lacerate > Lacerate > Shiv...... till they die. Now my question is this, 1, is this optimal and 2, should I save BS for about 5-6s after HS so I can apply AB again? Or should I just unload it all right away like I have been. Also since energy management is retardedly tight after the first few seconds, Is it worth the energy and GCD to toss a CD into the mix?
Ryemfoh Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 You absolutely should be waiting before using AB+BS to re-apply the DoT. AB ticks hard and fast and you want as much uptime as possible. The only time I ever use BS directly after AB+HS is if I'm hitting an undergeared Sorc and the HS crits around 5k .. in that case you know the fight will be over before the 2nd AB DoT ticks to duration so it's not really worth waiting.
