Deyjarl
We can't all got to Fatman, or any of the higher population ones. So might be best to toss around some suggestions on which servers as a migration destination if you can't go to those, so there are others with a playable population. Any suggestions? I thought mine was doing OK until the last month or so, now it is fading faster and faster. Need both alternative PvE and PvP suggestions, and perhaps East and west time zone. Central can pick one or the other. I think if people on those servers stay put, and everyone else move to those, the populations on those would be pretty decent. Here are the ones I've seen with the higher populations so far in tracking: The Fatman: Heavy PvP East Ajunta PallStandard: RP-PvP West Begeren Colony: Standard RP-PvE West Canderous Ordo: Standard PvE East Darth Sion: Standard PvE West Drooga's Pleasure Barge: Standard PvE West Wall of Ligh: Standard PvE West Gauntlet of Kressh: Standard PvE West Vrook Lamar: Standard RP-PvE West Zakkeg Beast: Standard PvE West Jung Ma: Standard RP-PvP East Lord Adraas: Standard RP-PvE East Veeboo Lunx Standard PvE West Lord Ieldis: Standard RP-PvE West Lord Praven: Standard PvE West The Swiftsure: Standard PvP West Space Slug: Standard PvE West The Ebon Hawk: Standard RP-PvE East The Harbinger: Standard PvE West Jedi Covenant: Standard PvE East

LoKiei
I don't believe server transfers should be a free for all. I believe two-three servers should merge and so all the guilds/people stay playing with the ones they were playing with before.

East coast is coming in a couple of hours. So check there soon 4th option will follow. (in a week or 2) so it will be enough options to choose! If 3 dead servers merge they are still not even close to standard population. 3 is definitely not enough.

This feature will not be in the game until they announce server mergers, since that is essentially a large scale transfer and they need to get the process perfect for that. Once all the servers merge they should (if they are thiking of long term player happiness = cash) allow a free period of character transfers so friends can painlessly get together. Just speculation - But I am guessing this all happens next month
Chesty_Jake
Tarro Blood (PVE) East Coast would be a good choice for PUBs. (I'm of course Biased ) We had 30 minute wait times at launch but our pop like many dwindled and we also lost some to Pacific transfers. Now we're pretty much in the middle of the pack Population wise. At peak IMPs are around 100 to 150 fleet and Pubs 50 to 80 or so depending on the night. We're not high high per se obviously but have plenty of room for growth and good players who want to make an impact on the population. While we don't have a TON of player PUB side the ones we do are stable & active. PVP tends to go back and forth really and is fairly balanced between factions at 50. Another great thing about the PUBs on our server is we're all pretty mature / no trolls spamming feeds or making a mess of things. I really have no complaints in that regard about PUBs on our server which is a really good thing. Edited May 13, 2012 by Chesty_Jake

Fatman will be one of these as the population of this server is already exceeding it's limits. Exactly. This is why people should wait for more clarification on Server Transfers before making threads about where to transfer to and trying to get a consensus. I've already seen at least 5 threads on the "Where to go once ST's are here" theme, but I think the community should realize that there will be restrictions. Until we know more about it, I think the community that is eager to transfer (myself included) should hold off on trying to unite everyone to an agreed upon server/servers. Jonoku
If fatman is the only pvp east coast server up there, besides that there should be another one to go to because fatman is crowded. I have no idea, just merge a bunch of pvp east coast servers and change the name or something. what bioware should do is take off some servers from being able to transfer to but u can transfer to the others. lets say wound in the force, that server is light, bioware should encourage people to leave that server by not allowing anyone to transfer to it, so the people on that server move to a different one. It's a way to reduce amount of servers. Edited May 14, 2012 by Jonoku
Talon_strikes
I'd like more players on The Fatman As for a PvP server for everyone to go to once transfers are in, I'd like to see more players move to the East Coast PvP Server the Vulkar Highway! Minigal
I love my server, Krayt Dragon, a PVE East Coast. It is usually Standard during peak times. I love to PVP in the Warzones, and it is very easy and usually quick to pick up matches. I'm in a great Republc Guild that is nearly full, so there is always chatting going on. There are some other major Guilds as well, and no shortage of Empire. I've also had no problems doing Heroics or Flashpoints when I've wanted to do them (well, unless it is 3AM East Coast time). I've also made a ton of credits on the GTN, so the economy is OK there as well. Hope to see some of you there!
Angel_of_Cain
Here is information on US PvP servers taken from TORSTATUS. Each is listed in order of population from highest to lowest. the servers with the same number a tied in population. West Coast 1--The Swifsure 2--Dark Reaper 3--Nadd's Sarcophagus 3--Warriors of the Shadow 4--Daragon Trail 5--The Bastion 5--Wound in the Force 6--Black Vulkars 7--Mandalore the Indomitable 7--Shadowtown 7--The Maw 8--Infinite Empire 9--The Crucible Pits East Coast 1--The Fatman 2--Helm of Graush 3--Darth Malak 4--Iron Citadel 4--Sword of Ajunta Pall 5--Belgoth's Beacon 6--Anchorhead 6--Prophecy of the Five 7--Death Wind Corridor 7--Port Nowhere 7--Saber of Exar Kun 7--The Twin Spears 7--Vulkar Highway 8--Bondar Crystal 8--Gardens of Talla 8--Rwookrrorro 8--Terentatek 8--The Deadweight 8--Thendys Noori 9--Cho Mai 9--Davik's Estate 9--Hedarr Soongh 9--Infinity Gate 9--Kinrath Spider 9--Naddist Rebels 9--Kirkrann Crystal 9--Veela With exception of the #1 on each coast, i would take a guess that the ones in Bold are more than likely to be the ones that are a "transfer to" for free option. The reason I highlighted and additional one on the East coast is that there are more East Coast PvP servers. Again, this is speculation that they will do the xfer this way, but if your server has an 8 or a 9 by it, than there is a good possiblity that your sever is on the chopping block:o but hopefully this may give some ideas to people who are (hoping) to transfer when they announce. This is not a "Doomsday" post, but a post to maybe try to help some people plan.
