leth/engi vs full lethality

i've been testing the dps on both on operation dummies and i've been hearing that full lethality does more dps because of an extra cull but i can't seem to pass the hybrid spec in dps and fall about 100 dps behind. Am i doing something wrong?

 

rotation for

 

hybrid : I.P>C.G>C.D>cull>explosive probe>SoS>cull with fillers when needed

 

full lethality: C.G>C.D>W.B>cull>SoS>cull>ambush>w.b>cull and repeat

He should, like dropping his Exp Probe on the Leth rotation too.

His problem is possibly energy regen on a single target when compared to Eng/Leth because he doesn't have Methodology with pure leth (making probe a lot more energy intensive.)

my energy is just fine as a hybrid even with explosive probe, i can keep the rotation going for me for 10mins+

Ok, it looks like you interpreted what I wrote to get the opposite of what I meant.

I'm saying you should add Explosive Probe to your Lethality rotation, I realise that when I wrote "drop on" it could have come across as me saying leave it out.

I also didn't question your hybrid energy management, I was saying that I thought you might be leaving explosive probe out of the Lethality rotation because pure leth can have regen issues on a single target.
