LordKyrone Posted May 11, 2012 Share Posted May 11, 2012 Hello one and all, Just a quick question, the relics state that they have a 30% chance to proc on a damaging attack, am I right in assuming bleed damage does NOT proc this relic? Do not want to save up the 200 daily commendations for use with DoTs to discover the DoTs do not Proc the relic, I am assuming that DoT effects do not proc the relic but just wanted to be certain by checking with anyone that may already be using one.
