Take current damage / healing output in pvp.

 

Reduce healing output by 40%

Reduce damage output by 30%

Augment respawn time by 25%

 

Do you think that would make the pvp more fun ? Less fun ?

 

 

PS: Numbers are arbitrary, but I think you get my point : nerf damage, then balance heals and respawn times accordingly. My thought is that most mechanics of the game (like resolve) would benefit from a longer average fight time. Like in the launch period of the game.

I'd definitely agree with that, especially about the respawn-time....

 

Take VS for example: I've sai it for weeks now: If ppl have a decent team with 2 tanks and 2 healers, theres simply no way you'll be able to get even through the first door if they are on equal skill-level!

It's not as bad on the other Maps, but at least on VS, BW should easily double the respawn-time....

 

About the healing: Maybe not add as much overall, but give the healers more abilities to burst out Healing in a short amount of time with certain restrictions/drawbacks, so they have sth to counter the huuuuge burs-DMG potential of most of the Classes.
