yukirshiro
This is one hour of coding, TOPS. And yet because you still haven't done it, every single player has to spend large amounts of time every time they create a new character just changing their UI settings. Lazy, lazy, lazy. VulcanLogic
so ironic Indeed, but at the same time, this should be a standard feature.
SpazCats
Indeed, but at the same time, this should be a standard feature. True that.
GRINnBARRETT
Import key bindings is an advanced development technique due out with SWTOR 2.0.
StrykerOne
I dont know about keybinds but you can Save Your Ui changes and set them As Default UI settings, yes. Keybinds, no. It is annoying, but at least in this game I'll probably only play a couple of dozen total alts instead of the 50+ I had in City of Heroes... voidheart
Thats not a big deal for me i have the same keybindings since 2005 Takes about 30 sec wow. However what bothers me is that i cant bind to " í "
RKLimes
I support this desire. It makes too much sense to implement, however.
Rofl-Stiltskin
You would think with all the mindless yammering from bw talking heads about story and roll a new toon when you hit 50 shows how little thought goes into those statements let alone beyond that. Point of the story bw thinks this is what players will do but doesnt actually have someone test the process and discover " ohh wow i have to set these all again?" I better log in my old toon and write down my settings so i can play the quickbind minigame...
Dustfingers
This is a hot issue for me as well. You would think one of the developers would tire of constantly remapping keys as they test their code with new characters. Hola! Mabey they don't actually retest code and role new characters during coding ..
