Valonz Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 (edited) Dear Bioware, i have a suggestion related to removing the level restriction on buying items from for example the PVP vendor. it is really annoying to have a cap of 2000 Warzone commendations and at the same time have level caps on all the items before you can buy them *Note* I am refering to buying the items not equipping them. I for example was thinking that i could buy some Battlemaster pieces from the vendor while leveling because i pvp alot to get exp just because i find most planets way to boring to play on due to lack of intrest in the quests, this being because i have already done this several times. This was abit disappointing since i was really hoping to get atleast 3-4 pieces when i dinged 50 so i could put on some battlemaster pieces and atleast stand a small chance against players since you removed both centurion and champion gear meaning i have nothing else but my leveling gear to start getting commendations with at 50 which is quite frustrating. Or could you atleast increase the cap, i see no reason for limiting it besides annoying players, it's not like i am cheating for having a large amount of Commendations because its still my own commendations that i have pvped to get. Plus I'm doing the same thing now as I would at level 50. I'm working for the gear just like i Would at Level 50 This that you wrote in the other post is quite a good argument. Why should i not be rewarded for doing the same thing i would be doing at 50, its not like we are asking to *Equip* the gear at lower levels or they could atleast INCREASE the bloody cap why a cap of 2k? its just annoying because the pvp feels dimished if i know that i have already reached the cap right now i am buying lvl 40 items just because it feels little better to spend it and continue pvping. sometimes i am amazed at the choices they do here. I tried out Tera and i was quite shocked to see that they had several features that not even swtor possed everything from dungeon finders to movable ui and what not and all this at launch with quite a smaller budget then swtor, dont get me wrong i love this game but i am truly surprised at the direction they are taking this to we dont even have a damn global chat. I could be a fully equipped Battlemaster geared out player as soon as I hit 50 if I was allowed to purchase BM gear before I hit 50. THEY DON'T WANT THIS. That's why. This is one of the checks that at 50 allows for more $$$$$ sinks and item progression. You need to buy your recruit gear first. Then get all your battlemaster pieces.
