KennethHoover
Back in my day we actually went outside to play and used garbage can lids as shields and sticks as swords and no one got "participation medals" in a sporting event. You either won, or you walked home a loser, your shadow tugging at your heels. We also only had a small black and white TV an got four channel and one of those was iffy. Mail was also delivered twice a day. You could mail a letter in the morning and it would be delivered in the city to someone that afternoon. We also used to ride pterodactyls to school, but they had a tendency to bite through their tie ropes and fly back home, which made you have to walk. Irksome, really, but what else could you do. Oh,and we had beer. Wait. We still have that.
