Return PvP Vendors to Warzones

What was the rationale behind removing the PvP vendors from Warzones? I realize that with the increase in cost of consumables, buying them becomes far less attractive, but it's still obnoxious that we now have to sit in Fleet all day while PvPing if we want easy access to the vendor.

 

Before, you could be somewhere else (ship, doing dailies, etc). Why, exactly, are you trying to make us spend more of our time on the Fleet? You realize you're just compounding the issue of empty worlds as we more and more just sit in Fleet waiting for instanced content to pop up?

I know why they didn't so people wouldn't qeueu up while questing, sell their stuff, then leave the WZ. With that said, I would still rather have them their than not to prevent players from taking advantage.
