Legacy? per server or account?

Hello all, i was wondering if any knows if the Legacy is per server or account? I have different real life friends who play on different servers and i have only 1 Legacy on a server i have a level 50 on. The other server i have a level 30 , Does that toon have to be level 50 to get another Legacy?

Its 1 legacy per server unlocked when you finish chapter 1 on a character for the first time on that server.

Legacy is per Server. All your characters from both factions on the same server contribute to your legacy, once it is unlocked. You unlock your legacy by completing chapter one with one toon (the chapter on finale comes right after completeing the class missions on Alderaan). So once your level 30 on the other server finishes his chapter 1 you'll start a new legacy on that server. If you start a new toon after you unlocked legacy he'll start comtributing to the legacy right from level 1.

Hi i was wondering what happens with legacy when a toon goes from one sever to another example: i have a lvl 50 toon on a us sever but i/m in australia and am going to transfer it to the australian severs when we are able to, from memory they said we will be able to transfer soon. does that character comes with the legacy if i don't already have 1 on the new sever or if i do have a another legacy on the new sever will it join that 1? please help if you know
