GalacticKegger
Mask of Nihilus: day 1 early access server, awesome community, healthy pop, active LFG, live GTN ... no queue! http://www.facebook.com/groups/Nihilus/ http://www.galactickegger.com/SWTOR/Screenshot_2012-04-17_21_24_45_187500.jpg
DarcOptik
Feel free to come to Shadow Hand PvE server. Decent pop since launch, great now since 1.2 patch. Balance is about 1.5 Imps for every Pub. Good PvP community, great PvE (Imp side, not sure on Pub), and all around talkative between both factions.I just created a Guardian and Scoundrel, so maybe I'll see you there. Darthdesadarius
Don't worry, you can pre-purchase Guild Wars 2 and get in the beta weekends coming this month and then play that game for free when it comes out. I'm sure you will find most of your friends have gone there so it will be a happy reunion that most will enjoy.

Wow ya guild wars 2 is going to be completely different from all those other hyped mmos and or games (Sarcasm) including the one that is succeeding but has more trolls than a nerds basement on its forums. I remember OMG Aion, Star Trek Online, Tabula Rasa, and O Rift. Ya those were total wow killers... lmfao Edited April 18, 2012 by -Sev

Suicidalducky
Yeah, best thing to do is probably reroll. My friends will be leaving SWTOR for diablo III, so i just rerolled a jedi on the harbringer..fun to do FP..haven't done many.
-Sev
yet for the most part it is gonna be different. Ya Lol... completely different. What were the terms that were used for those games above? umm Innovative, revolutionary, and it will redefine what it means to be an mmo. I've heard it all before, swtor had and still has the best chance to be the best mmo out there if not second to wow.
Koalachan
Unless you're on Republic side Probably one of the more unbalanced servers around. It's actually one of the most balanced servers I've played on. WZs get a decent spread of imp v imp and imp v pub, and just earlier today there was a 20imp 20pub fight over the bantha boss. That was fun for both sides.
ConradLionhart
yet for the most part it is gonna be different. Being different isn't gonna guarantee huge success. Dynamic events in Rift and an interesting speccing method did not help it become a major success. If anything, GW2 feels more like a WoW clone. Same medieval theme, the huge cat people using bows look like tauren hunters. No hard trinity is nice, but I highly doubt it will have more content than SW:TOR at launch and so you will suffer from lack of content in that game. -Sev
I raided nightmare Karaggas and rerolled and didn't blink an eye. You play games to have fun. Do whatever makes you have the most fun. I'm a smuggler now on Canderous Ordo. When character transfers happen I will transfer my Knight and BH to Canderous and make a withdraw and include them in my legacy and maybe even gear all 3 up. Sindris
I just cancelled my subscription as well. All the toys and pets in the world cannot fix the fact that I can hardly ever find a group in this stupid game. It may as well be a single player game. I am missing out on almost all of the group content and loot. 50 bucks I shelled out for this, I bet they go free to play within 6 months time. Lots of excellent ideas implemented in this game. Great story telling and voice acting. But what is the point if I spend all my active play time trying to find people to group with and fail 75% of the time. Best wishes folks, if they figure out a way to resolve the issue, maybe I'll try again.

I left it for WoW and it too became linear - it just looked massive because we had to run for the first 40 levels. It's saving grace was flying mounts. (Try making it to Ulduar without flying.) Played LOTRO for a change but it too is instanced, just not nearly as much as GW. I find TOR to be somewhere in the middle but with more robust questing and gameplay. Yeah it's new and imperfect. But since perfect doesn't exist . . . Edited April 18, 2012 by GalacticKegger
