Bioware spits in the face of Legacy.

First time post, so I'll keep it short.

So I read about all these ideas Bioware has for legacy. I also read stuff about the Asia/Pacific transfers and how to be patient and wait.

I qualify for transfer, however instead of jumping ship from the US server I originally played on before Asia/Pacific launch, I continue to roll alts and work on legacy and as I'm encouraged to by Bioware and their 'vision'.

Happy days transfers arrive, and I read this:

To qualify for character transfer to an Asia Pacific server, players in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore must have purchased their game, redeemed a Game Product Registration Code and either have or have had entered valid billing information or a Pre-Paid Game Time Card prior to 5:01PM AEDT / 7:01PM NZDT / 2:01PM HKT / 2:01PM SGT on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Only characters created before this time qualify for transfers. You can check to see if you qualify by going to your “My Account” screen on http://www.StarWarsTheOldRepublic.com and clicking the “Asia Pacific Transfers” link on the right-side menu.

So going by this, two of my chr's will be eligible and the rest may as well never have existed. All because I attempted to play the game the way Bioware intended.

Food for thought.

Greetings, Wassaka. We appreciate all constructive feedback, but we do already have an existing discussion thread dedicated to talking about the announced transfers for Asia Pacific Territories. If you'd like to share your thoughts, you'll find the discussion thread here:

We're going to close this thread and ask that this discussion continue in the existing thread, so we can keep the conversation a little better consolidated. Thank you for your understanding.
