Joined an Imperial Guild, Scourge which I believe is a recruiting or at least a feeding guild for a bigger guild, Black Sun. Because up to that point I had been doing things solo. Jumped into a guild and have taken part in two scheduled events in three days; not bad in my opinion. I think an active guild, where the leaders and officers co-ordinate to craft good RP scenarios for their guilds, really helps to immerse folks further into the environment. I've noticed even on an RP server that the RP falls to the wayside a lot, but if you roll with a certain crew that you are familiar with then you can RP and expect RP to be more consistent. Also, I've noticed there are a lot of guilds on this server, each with varying amounts of RP requirements for membership. I think this helps folks find the right amount for their tastes. Basically, if you want to RP but are still struggling to get a foothold, we'll be happy to help you develop your character and learn how to RP. As for the Company itself, we're a mercenary guild that sells our services to other people and companies. We have frequent and interpersonal RP with each other as well as with other members of the community. Just pop your head into the Slippery Slopes most evenings and you're bound to find a few of us drinking or enjoying a conversation with others. We are also planning some large events for the near future, so keep an eye out for the announcements on the forums! If anyone is interested, contact Va'rrin, Korodai, Malone, or Mirek to set up an IC interview. How unlucky of you. I've lvled all my toons on Jung Ma, and I can tell you from what I have seen, the RP is alive and well. Its not common in very populated areas though. I usppose people are afraid of griefers messing with them. I lead Order of the Sith Lords on Jung Ma. We're an RPvP Guild, and we hold regular RP events. I mean, that may be why we see all our RP, but we're not the only guild or group that RPs. Slippery Slopes Cantina on Nar Shadaa is generally a good starting point to find RPers.
