Makk Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I'm working my way up gearing my assassin. I currently have a mix of Champion and Battlemaster for the main 5 pieces, with the off pieces being a mix of Champion and Recruit. I am hoping to get some feedback in what order / priority to focus on gearing up to Battlemaster and War Hero. My plan is to next get a Battlemaster saber, so I can pull the mods and put on an crit crafted saber along with an expertise crystal and either a resolve or power augment. However, I am unsure in what order I should continue to get BM stuff, as well as what I should go for first in terms of War Hero. Any recommendations?
Defdaddy Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 As usual look at stats. For that matter, call me crazy but am I the only person who thinks BM Focus is inferior to Champion Focus? I'm planning on avoiding BM focus until pretty well WH geared and forced to get it for WH changeout

jibboo Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 ^^ Got my WH saber first (+51 Exp). I'd like to get the chest next, but the gloves actually give me more of a buff for less comms, for some unknown reason (great itemization BW!).
Astarica Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 (edited) From the numbers it looks like the WH Saber/Offhand is the biggest gain (+30 or so Force Power) but the cost is rather daunting too. WH boots and chest have the coveted Crit/Surge and Power/Surge combo and should be obtained next. All other pieces of WH have pretty standard expected upgrade value over BM pieces.
