Pvp, Aoe, High Damage, and Knockback as Imp? which is best?

Im new to Imperial, well, to the whole game kinda.. What is a good Imperial character that is great at pvp.. Good Damage and Good AoE Damage.. Has Stun locks and Knockbacks?

Assassin and Mercenary.

 

Assassin would have to spec tank to get all the AoE, though. Mercs get amazing AoE right off the bat and you can add more.

Mercs get amazing AoE? I dont think any class has "good" AoE. Death From Above USE to be good, now its pretty crappy. better then nothing sure but it has been nerfed. Most of our AoE does meh damage and most AoE in the game I would think is fairly meh.

 

But to the original post yes Assassin's are good at pvp, good at damage, has knock backs and stuns.

You're obviously looking for a sniper. They have the best AOE in the game (Orbital Strike), stupid high damage (they're only a DPS class, too), the best knockback in the game (if you spec into it as Marksman, people go FLYING), and best of all if you're get good at it you'll WRECK in PVP. Most people simply don't know how to play a sniper, because it's more difficult than most classes.
