Scoundrel, Assassin, or New Toon?

I'm a level 50 Jedi Sentinel, but I also have 2 toons that are Scoundrel and an Assassin which are both level 16. I want to further a toon, but which one should I advance? Or: should I just make a new toon overall?

 

I also have no combat preferences, I just wanna know what classes are enjoyable:D

well having done the consolar imp agent, and iquisitor all the way and a few others part way.. of the ones i've taken up so far the Smuggler has the best lines and most humor so far (finished chapter 1) if you want something like that i would say that one.. i love the story so far SOO much fun =) agent was good alot of people love it but to me it was good not great.. i'm liking the smuggler one better.. but i like humor more consolar was also good

I'm currently having my second crack at leveling a Bounty Hunter after moving servers. I had a go at every class up to at least 35 or so and will say that for some reason the BH is just the most fun in terms of playstyle for me. I like the fact that the premise of the Character lets you logically go light or dark (or grey) as you please - you can be a ruthless assassin and it makes sense, you can be a good guy born on the wrong side of the galaxy and it makes sense. Other classes don't neccessarily feel like that - being a lightside Sith Warrior or Inquisitor just feels weird. Being a darkside Jedi just makes you feel like you're being a d!@k.

 

Both ACs have very fun playstyles. Merc DPS is very loud and makes things go BOOM a lot. Lots of missiles and blasters and noise. Very entertaining. The only downside is that I've heard as you get higher in level the rotation begins to get a little set and tiresome - and I was certainly feeling that a little as I hit my 30s (if you ever played WoW it's similar to and Arcane mage). The healing is also cool as you freak your party out by shooting them in the back with your dual-wield blasters.

 

Powertech (which is what I'm playing now on this new toon) is also very fun, I'm finding. Not as much BOOM as Merc (though certainly some) but a lot more fire and flame going on. You also get to be very in-your-face with mobs. It's a nice mix of medium range and melee range abilities. The tanking is also super-fun.

 

Also both ACs have access to what is unquestionably the coolest move in the game in the form of Death from Above.

 

So I say give BH a try

 

Edit: Also, if you're interested in opening up Legacy races - Bounty Hunters are one of only two classes that can allow you to open up Chiss. Which is part of why I rolled on my new server.
